Thall,

sorry, thall--

What I wish to know is as a supposed working mining engineer in a pearlite mine. How is it that you have the time to check out all the environmental permits in another state. Something stinks about you. I can understand concern about the requirements of your state as pertains to your operation. Clearly, I am not defending the inept action on the part of GPGI, but I also do not think that permitting will be a real big deal, considering the process involved. Yes, something stinks with you and your relationship with the AZDOM, and something stinks with illegal shorting, and something stinks with paid schills, and there is a lot more stink here than is coming from GPGI discharge!!

They may have to buy some plastic liners for their pitts, but this will not stop them, believe me!! When I think of all the shit that is being illegally dumped in AZ and everywhere else that these envirocops are not aware of or do not want to be aware of in relation to what this small mining operation is doing it just makes me want to puke--I know the rules, and I shame them for not complying, but they aint the big offender--just stupid!! No cyanide, no pcb's, no dioxin, no heavy metals--just a little acid and copper--who cares about that!!

There is probably pleanty alkaline soil to take care of the acid, and if not, Jensen's home state has pleanty. I suggest that they recycle the copper, as it will not always be so cheap.

Again, I do not defend their not being prepared and having the permits in place, but I do not expect it to be a big thing, and I am sickened by the paid vultures who flap around when any progress is being reported by this company.

There are very clear rules for paid investment advisors--they must report their interests. Unfortunately, there are none that I know of for internet posters, and I suspect that we will see some change to that in the near future. Anyone taking money from one interest to tout or debunk another should have to register, simple as that. He should state at the first of his comment that he is a registered tout or schill---To do otherwise is basic dishonesty!!

For even a private investor to intentionally mislead others bears some legal implications even with todays laws.

These forums are a matter of record, and the record can be recorded, printed, and used to support legal positions in the future.

Any barristers on the thread, please correct me if I am wrong!

Intent is the key in my understanding.

Jailhouse lawyer, Jack!!
