Wasn't that actually Barrick? As I understand it, ABX did their own DD and pulled out(discovered no gold), which is why ABX is being sued by Bre-X stockholders(they claim ABX should have let them know the jig(-g-) was up). I see nothing deceptive about Kerr-McGhee examining a jig on site. That would seem to be proper DD. Does anyone have any facts proving the jig ain't what it is? That's what I'm looking for. Just the facts, baby.

Charles, Picked up a few WMT 1/00 PUT LEAPS, strike price of 50 for $ 4. It has a PE of 35. It's off only 10% from its all time high of $ 69 and it has doubled in the past year. They were counting on growth from expansion in Asia and South America since the domestic market is saturated. IMO I think these will return 500% in the next year.
