Then what do you call the "tax benefits" that effectively reduce the amount of AMD's and NSM's losses?

They will use these losses to offset any income - IF and when - they ever generate income again.

You think Intel should sell it's best products for $9.95 and take huge losses - thereby preventing Cloners from jumping into the business to try and make some money.
