Damien, We have all of our holdings being held in street name with two brokerage firms and in a number of different accounts, so FSTW would not have real fast knowledge as to how many shares we do control! My two friends that own a number of shares also have theirs in street name with brokerage firms! My two friends have offered their proxies to me for next year and as of now I'm going to start asking for others proxies to take to next years meeting and I will be happy to take yours and will consult with you before I attend the meeting, and will do the same with anyone else! E-Mail me and I will be more than happy to start keeping tract as to how many shares I can get my hands on to vote! As of right now I can say I would be listed as 3rd in FSTW Notice of Annual Meeting in the amount owned under the table that sets forth the number of shares owned by management and or directors of the company!
