David - reading your reply I question how you see this deal - primarily a merger or primarily a takeover. Which? Whatever - nothing will tend to get the share price normalized like the publishing of results of the combined company. I understand that the first combined results will be published the first week of December for the October quarter. Note that (here in the UK) MIFGY have started promoting their Euro Compliance capabilities. Ad's look good to me.
