I am looking at them as neither a merger nor a takeover. At this point I am only concerned about the price they give us and the fact that alone, the earnings have been increasing at a lot faster pace than those for MIFGY. As you can tell, I am not at all happy with the deal the ISLI management has put together and I find it very deficient at least where the lack of a minimum price is concerned. This is unacceptable in my opinion.
