It appears that the discount for ISLI has been narrowing dramatically as we approach the 23rd of September. As of today, the discount was less than 8%. While this indicates to me that the merger will be approved, it is unfortunate that both companies, in particular MIFGY, have not found a floor for their stock. Neither has either company given indications of a stock buy back to support the price. Another option would be to reinforce the earnings estimates for the next couple of years. Unless they are in a quiet period, something just seems wrong.
