I am new to this thread and it may have been said many times, but 90% of people who play stock options lose. You better be working with both a good fundamentalist and a great chartist to play them successfully.

I have rarely ever seen mewbies do well in them.

Also, when playing short time frames of under 2 months, it is best to take small to medium sized gains and don't go for the home run. In this market go for 50-200% gains and don't hold gains overnight.
