I agree, RDH. IFMX still has great technology and many talented people. Hopefully, they'll be more successful in retaining these people. A tough job in this valley though - as we know, the best employees can get 10 quality offers very quickly. Only the mediocre tend to remain. Therefore, Mr. F had better make people-management and retention a priority. I'm not sure this is a strength of his, otherwise he would never have brought on a disaster like this Wes Raffel guy. If they can do this, over time they'll rebuild external confidence. I liked this firm in the past, and the valley needs a challenge to Oracle. Hope they can pull it off! Sea Otter
