Charles, More on topic- Can you explain why, if RNTK is the SCAM you say it is, why TX has not come out to correct the PRs involving them. To me, that would be a very prudent step that ANY major would make without batting an eye. IMO, this is the all the proof we have that TX is still in negotiations. If you are right and it is next year when the deal is done, I frankly could care less. What is a year in this deal. More dilutions and dripping floorless will mean just all the more buying potential down the road. I would prefer a "end of summer" deal but really next year is no big deal either. So to get back to topic - how do you refute the logic of my first statement? Would TX really take the chance of getting involved w/ shareholder lawsuits by not refuting RNTK's claim? TX silence is all the proof we need of RNTK validity. Please respond with your thoughts. Eric

May I suggest NO more response's to Mr. Russell, then, and only then might he get the idea and finally leave us alone. Notice he did not take on the bet that RNTK is not a scam. Since it really isn't, he might end up having to buy us all dinner at a 5 star restaurant... as the deal get's closer every day......... s
