Hi Kiri...

yes P&F is more of a positional trading indicator...however it can reverse quickly based on intraday numbers...

right now the BIG indicator in all of P&F Land, is the NYSEBP, it has NOT given a BUY signal, and still is on a sell...it gave a wonderful early warning sell signal in Apr-May this year...well before anyone knew anything....

if you check with Jan or Tom on the SPX chart they would interpret this a little different than me...it could have reversed yesterday asa short term sell...but i don't know that...

there's a lot of bearishness out there...fear creeping into the markets...sets up bullish implications...the markets will discount quickly any Clintongate..IMO...and refocus on AG & earnings...

A while back you called a break in the market and later explained to us that it was some kind of formation that I was unfamiliar with. I checked the charts and it was flat trading for a while and then it broke.

Is that what is going on now? Could you describe that in more detail....if you remember what I am talking about. If not, I printed the post and can get it later....
