JFK, we are all frustrated at the length of time it has taken to produce the audited financials. Investor relations says that by the end of next we should see them, possibly sooner. DGIV is so close to finally getting some attention from a larger audience investment community. I still think that within a week or 2, DGIV will start its nice run up.

Not everything is falling today. I live on the Gulf Coast in Rockport Tx and am busy saving things from washing away. I hear a hurricane is expected here tomorrow. The water level is up about a foot now. I've got a couple more to go. Sure wish I had a webcam. Glad that my boat is on the front yard and not the back dock.

We don't really need audited numbers until the end of the year. But we do need to know the terms of the contracts(Ks) to do some projections. I mean, you figure how many cars GM is going to sell per month and work from there.Every company does it.
It seems to me that the Ks should at least set forth the revenue sharing agreements unless there is something very sensitive about releasing that until all Ks worldwide are in place. Just my thoughts.

A demand for audited numbers is silly IMO. They are coming, but they obviously won't be released today. As far as earnings projections go... I see no need to lay the groundwork for FA before the SB-10 is filed. Once we become a fully reporting SEC company, and only then, will such projections have merit. I don't expect any revenue projections until after the filing. Digitcom needs to prove that they are legitimate before stating that x amount of dollars will come from y contract. JMHO
