<<(where is the upswing on this news?!??! This is MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR!)>>

There was an upswing, and it was around August 23. The link you display doesn't have new information. It merely points to a MacWeek article that is dated August 23. The day that broke was the day AAPL went from being down to 39 to swing back up to 43 in the final hour of trading.

Travis,

Some institutional buyers have kicked in since yesterday and they
continue buying into AAPL today ranging from 40k to 50k per transaction
at the "ask" price each time. AAPL rally is only a matter of time.
Be patient, we will see the fundamental comes back.
