Good analysis, Barbara. It sure looks ugly. I guess they're either giving us a preview of the vote, or saying it should go through at .5 or less if it goes through at all.

I agree that this stock looks like a dead duck. I didn't know the news that the guy who started this company (huber) left last year. Obviously that is when long term investors who follow this stock should have gotten the hell out. I wonder how many did. Also obviously, this is a hell of a great trading stock and I have no doubt that a lot of people have gotten rich day trading this thing. IMO huber was the brains behind this thing and the only real "name" researcher. It looks like there isn't much significant new research happening, and this company will probably be passed by the big boys such as lucent, etc. Sort of like what happened with cabletron. I'm not sure how valuable a franchise cien really is. I remember gawking in disbelief last year at its valuation. Too bad all I did was gawk, though I would have had to show more patience than I usually exhibit to profit anyway.
