as many of us have stated, the nmss/dgiv story continues to get better. NYC, SF,etc....the exposure DGIV will get as partner with a high-flying hightech firm like NMSS will bring LOTS of CREDIBILITY in the eye of many institutional investors. Things are being put together: contracts, business alliances, official filings, increased exposure..........

I think it is self evident that all the people that post regularly here are investors in this stock. Because we are all investors in DGIV I think it is safe to assume that for whatever reason we have all decided that DGIV is a good investment. I think the most useful purpose of this board is to critically analyze the current and future prospects of the company based on the inofrmation we have. From what I can tell DGIV is well positioned to take advantage of the IP telephony market and has released a slew of contracts and agreements over the last year that lead me to believe they are a potential player. Most of this stuff came earlier this year and resulted in the skyrocketing share price. People read the releases and believed in the vision of the company. However as time went on there was very little released to edify the encouraging contracts. What do they all mean? How much revenue will we generate from said contracts? What is our current financial state? Have we received any money to date from the most recent ventures? On and on. These are questions that were reasonable to ask months ago and still nobody has the answers. Why is that? Because they havent filed any of this information yet. Why is that? At one point it was thought that they wanted to include numbers from earlier this year in the filings. OK, fine. Now what is the delay? Have there been delays in payment to DGIV? Has ther been trouble in the auditing process? I mean the only reasons I can think of for a delay like the one we have had are all negative. Instead of just assuming that everything will be rosy in a year I think we need to more critically analyze why there is so much uncertainty now. There are alot of smart people here who have excellent resources and research skills. I think efforts should be made to be alot more critical of the company. DGIV seems like a possible great company to be invested in. Why do so few others feel that way at this point? I cant figure it out without being a bit cynical.
