>>This was the best possible outcome for Kendall--he got the report rushed out and he got his sound bite on Starr being unfair. Let's hope Starr and his buffoonish communications expert, Charles Bakaly III, don't continue to show that they are learning on the job.

You have an endless capacity for misreading everything.

Kendall has lost it all. Kendall was blindsided by Starr's deft action. The media reported that Kendall said "nothing impeachable" but couldn't have known what was in the report! He had spent the recent days saying just that. He was made to look ridiculous.

Starr had the panel's approval in July!

Kendall has a prominent place reserved in the Hall of Ginsburg, a memorial for feckless counsel.

Oh man, you're losin' it. Kendall looked absolutely apoplectic when he was reading his 'statement'. He tried another end run around the IC, and Starr fired off a touchdown pass. bp

Rushed the report out... in 4 years. Haste makes waste.

Spin control for Kendall. This is too much.
