There was talk that Hillary was interested in
running for some sort of political office. Don't
be suprised if Hillary nudges Bill to resign if
this gets real ugly so that she can do her thang.
Bill owes her big time especially after sticking
with him through this disaster.

MWAG - He will resign before an impeachment decision.

there he will be...nice chalet, watching the
clouds roll over the materhorn, serice deluxe,
complete with a squad of secret service agents,
and hillary by his side...whispering in his ear
- " you h@rny bastard, i could have been on the
today show right now dissin' dem right wing
republicans..."

O----

With prior apologies to those who have expressed concern over the number of posts on this affair - but, it will affect the markets
and your investments and is therefore germane.

Dom -

There is no precedent for denial of the impeachment process through
declaring the President incompetent. The Constitution does not address the issue. Inasmuch as the Chief Justice presides over the Senate in
impeachment proceedings I would think that there would be no difficulty in obtaining a Supreme Court Ruling on the matter in short
order. Impeachment is not a judicial proceeding, but a means provided
for the removal from office by the Constitution; the rules governing the process will be as Congress alone may decide.

Starr's Grand Jury will soon commence handing down criminal indictments for some of the other individuals involved with the
transgressions of the White House Staff. Look for Bruce Lindsey
and Bernard Neussbaum to head the list.
