I guess. It was just the way he put it.

I always liked his describing this particular type of market as a "salami decline".

I have nothing on. Looking to sell, but I'm afraid I have to get it off either just before or just after the Bond close. My earlier plan to sell after 2 did not pan out.

Selling around the Bond close entails some high risk/reward though. My guess it's going to enter the hour with an upsurge and then sudden pounding. In other words, in too early or too late and I'll get messed with.
