Talked to a hot-shot banker dude at the golf course....interesting conversation. Posed the issue of Japan repatriation and he said it won't happen. He postulated why, in exact terms....finishing it off by saying the Japanese are the most ignorant investors in the world. He made a great case, but it made me ask, "If they are that stupid, what makes you think they will not repatriate?" He said, "Well, that's the wild card", and smiled. Somehow I don't feel a lot better. Anyway, you wish the 55 day cycle thing or is it a dead issue?
