Dicky Morris is on the air. Just predicted a Republican sweep in November. (Just as he was one of a couple who predicted the sweep in '94.) Says Dem pols would love for Slick to resign while Reps would love to see him stick around. He says Slick will hold on until the Dems are ready to vote him out. I think the Republican sweep will bring the market roaring back.
