The ones for .031 I assume are sells as far as the ones at .032 and .033 it could be buys or sells. if they are sells than the market makers were willing to grab them at the higher prices. If they were buys they were willing to sell them below the ask. Above are the Market Makers and were they sit at the bid and ask; Hope this helps
