Shane,

Yup, could be bad news for short hogs......a nasty surprise for them!

Plus, Starr's report is going to be made available to the world over the internet..........a super push for technology and the Net! Starting tomorrow, if Joe couch potato wants to receive such timely news or data from the U.S. government he'll need to own a set-top box. I like it!

The INTC news is HUGE. If the Semi industry is going to turn around the leader of the industry is going to have to lead. I heard someone make a good point though, I hope that now that the inventory channel for INTC is cleared up they aren't just restocking the channel and that end user demand has picked up. I'm just confused that everyday another country falls off a cliff, so I wonder how their sales could be better when economies around the world are worsening?

Shane, >>>"Of course the disdained LSI may be a different story but
based on INTC's #s I would think it makes sense to buy
semis - esp. PC semis -"<<<

Boy, what goes around comes around. How long ago was it when practically everyone, including LSI, was bragging about how fast they were bailing out of chips having anything to do with PC's?
