E: Just received my HTML 4.0 Programmer's Reference. And you know the world is changing when the cover says something like "Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Web TV extensions" or something like that. The convergence thing is real... (and chips are not a lost cause for investing and small caps are NOT a lost cause... from a pious small cap & small cap tech investor who still thinks that the large caps are way too expensive<g>. I was at Waterhouse the other day - boy the number of people who came in pale ashen and shell shocked just blew me away. My sense is good - time these large cap people learnt that stocks don't always go up! Fear is a good thing in my book - gives me time to buy buy buy more of my small caps <g>.) P.S. Are those indexes of yours weighted by market capitalization?
