I just got a call from my real estate broker saying that the 30 year interest rates on a jumbo loan dropped to below 7% for the first time in over 25 years! The housing market has also cooled down in Silicon Valley and there are more sellers than buyers right now which means prices are coming down very fast.

Now all I need is some of my cash back from the stock market to go and buy a nice home in either Los Altos, Palo Alto, Belmot or heck even half moon bay! Anyone wants to buy my LSI shares for $50/shr?! Or do I have to wait a "bit" longer?!

I was at Macy's the other day and was looking for some shirts that had gone on sale (prices had been slashed by as much as 40%). Eveyrone was all over those shirts and was buying like crazy. Then I got to thinking, stocks are perhaps the only entities that when they are marked down no one wants to buy them and when they go up in price everyone wants to buy them!

Regards,

Addi Jamshidi

Shane,

Not sure if they are all weighted........I guess I would need to call the individual exchange to find out. I would assume that SOX is, and probably CWX, but not so sure about some of the others.

Great! It's good you can buy, buy, buy...:)

Not me.......I got creamed buying too soon......learned all about bottom fishing :-(
......will have to trade my way back to some reasonable level now.
