I don't really agree with your statement that orcl showing no growth in apps will be good for psft. Though I hope I'm wrong.

It would be nice if all the analysts inferred from this that psft must therefore be taking all this business from orcl....(which is probably somewhat true, btw). Unfortunately, I think this will simply provide more confirmation for their current belief that erp sales are slowing. The way I see it, if orcl apps aren't growing at all and psft is now growing 50% that's going to be interpreted negatively..

Even if not negatively for psft, I'd be really surprised if this had a positive impact.
