I suspect LU has no interest in COMS. If there is a suitor, it would be INTC. ASND would be a more likely target for LU in my opinion.

I raised this topic in CS group few days ago. COMS
are very undervalue if buyout happened at this value.
It worth at least $12B+, not $9B today. I owned both
CS and COMS. LU is the real player, not intel.
