Assuming the public offering goes as planned, it will likely occur near the market price of the stock at the time. Management of the company hopes to have PLRP trading at around $5 at the time of the offering. (Not a reverse split. .. they hope for it to rise to that level through market forces). Therefore, they'll be able to issue shares at that price.

Personally, I doubt that the stock will be up to $5 at that time. However, I think that $2-3 in the intermediate term is achievable.

We had some buying activity this morning, and the market makers are beginning to flinch. The bid is moved up to .34, with the ask at .40.
