"Telecom Egypt, as the National telephone company"
This is not small.

RM suggested that from the Russian Deal we can estimate 25 cents/share in earnings. I wonder how much will this contract bring???
If I am not mistaken, the PE for IDTC is in the 50's.

The amount DGIV will bring in from this contract I assume is still under negotiations, otherwise JC would have included it here. SO, lets say (conservative estimates) they negotiate for 20% of 1$/minute, so that is about 22 million. If the Gross profit margin is 15% (from a past release), then the earnings will be at least 3-4 million. With 20mill outstanding, that is 15 cents/share, and a PE of 30 (and not 56 like IDTC), that is 4.5 dollars - Just on this deal alone.

Please verify my calculations RM.

Question about: "110 million minutes"

Is that per month? Per year?

Press release:

There is currently approximately 110 Million minutes of long
distance in the bilateral market, retailing for between $.90 to $1.40 in the United States, and US $2.20 to Egyptian customers.

Dave -- just wondering.
