Don't know yet...USCS is the wild card here. They are the US's largest statement processor. They can go to a biller and offer them all the major EBPP delivery methods....CKFR, MSFDC, CyberCash, NetDelivery. In other words they are positioned to be a 'full-service one-stop shop' for the biller on presentment. However that bill needs to be presented they have the means and contracts to do it. Offers convience to the Biller. So I'll be watching how they play this EBPP presentment with their client billers.
