Reiterate strong sell recommendation for the TAVA fraud.

TAVA has not been clear about when their overdue earnings report will be published. This is not surprising, since TAVA has little hope of meeting the $0.04 bandied about by at least one paid promoter ... Emerald Research.

Emerald Research was heavily involved in the now famous Zitel stock fraud. "Analyst" Stan Corker leaked false and misleading rumors about Zitel on numerous occasions to artificially raise the price of Zitel stock in order to provide an exit strategy for the holders of convertible notes.

TAVA stock has been fraudulently promoted. It's price rise and subsequent collapse in the spring and summer of 1998 could be entirely attributed to a "pump and dump". Like Zitel, I believe that the pump and dump was initiated as an exit strategy for insiders. TAVA stock has been massively diluted as a result.

TAVA's financial condition continues to deteriorate rapidly. The company was so desperate for cash, that they resorted to pledging 100% of their assets for a tiny loan from the notorious Sirrom Capital Corp. (NYSE:SIR)...a company currently embroiled in numerous shareholder lawsuits alleging fraud.

There is absolutely no reason to buy or hold TAVA shares, and I expect that the stock will soon trade significantly lower.
