Congressman Dana Royerbacker (sp?) was on a local cable channel last night talking about Russia. He indicated that 95% of Russians don't even have their money in banks or in rubles. Instead, they hold dollars and barter. The "Russian Crisis" is nothing new for the Russian People. He felt the current crisis is being pushed more by the US government as part of a 17 Billion dollar IMF bailout plan.
