I believe your sudden burst of machismo may very well be yet another indicator that desperate men will do desperate things.

Could this be the motivation for the representation that AZNT has an exclusive license to export the plant material of the Amazon? Could this be the reason that poor Dr. Daaboul was advertantly involved by your touted claims of a Domingos Loricchio/Dr. Jorgre Daaboul research juggernaut grinding leaves and forcing FDA approval? Could this be the reason that you have represented that AZNT financials were coming two weeks ago and that the warrants to compel would issue forcing the short squeeze? Could this be the reason that you would divert us with talk of some of other stock?

Just where are the limits to your desperation? What other diversion have you in store here?

As so often, bmart, I fail to take your point, perhaps because there isn't one. Let us assume, for the sake of argument (though it remains unproved) that Marcasse and Marchese are the same person. What does Marchese's involvement in the Denver case have to do with whether he did or did not take over Andy Mann's short position? Nothing, as far as I can see. The question, as I see it, is whether or not Mann is still short.

Oh yes: we're still waiting for the BLAST OFF!!! you promised us last night. Have your revised your time frame? AGAIN?

Hey, bmart, did you see this?

biz.yahoo.com

BTW, funny how they left out the part about the next court hearing on the 30th. Do you think Mann will cover before he has a chance to possibly appeal? Do you think he might just drag this thing out until... well you figure it out.

Bmart, you sir, are a disgrace to boxing. You throw punches and then step through the ropes.

In response to how you came to the erroneous conclusion that WellRich and AZNT had no arbitration hearing you said "As you , yourself, always proclaim, one should not trust the company when procuring information in the course of diligence."

OK, then if you didn't talk to AZNT, and as you surely didn't talk to WellRich, I can only conclude you made everything up. Come on, be a man and admit it. You lie to suit your agenda.

You also lied about AZNT's Brazilian license granting AZNT an exclusive license to export certain materials from all of Brazil or even all of the rain forest.

You also lied that your doctor friend (I refuse to write his name because you've dragged him in the mud enough already) was going to instruct his nursing staff to use Touch of Nature.

You also lied that your organic chemistry mishmash proved that two molecules with different amounts of the same element actually weighed the same, as in TON B and TON C.

Why to you resort to lying?
