Tim, I hope you or someone here can answer Datek policy on NYSE uptick rule. The example is as followed: I have a limit sell order to short-sale a NYSE stock placed with another brokerage. The stock opened above my limit price but it wasn't triggered. When I checked the tick-by-tick history it showed there were two instances where there were upticks. However when I called them they explained my order wasn't triggered because those two uptick trades were not executed via NYSE and they only go along with upticks within NYSE trades. I already have a DATEK account but am not sure how does DATEK handle similar situation. TIA.

Thean

Would anybody know how to display the DJIA or other indexes together with stocks under the Quotes & Trades screen at Datek.
I tried using symbols such as DJIA or $INDU with no success... I am always greeted with a "Symbol not found" message.

The Datek help seems pretty limited in this respect.

Thanks, Andre

Well Tim, my Datek messages say you now offer your streamer to all your
customers. Congratulations! Problem is that it requires Java 1.1. You
say for me to upgrade to Netscape's Communicator 4.5. This version of
Communicator DOES NOT offer 128-bit encription. I am not about to pay
for the streamer with assets in my account!
