In fact, there wasn't a deficit reported at all...

That will depend on how much of the "incurred write downs and losses totaling over $27.0 million" are part of the operating expenses already calculated in the balance sheet to produce a net of $6.37 million.

Webster's

pri*ma*ri*ly 1. at first; in the first instance; originally. 2. in the first place; principally.

Nope nothing about mostly Jon. Being the first in something and being the most are two different things.

All nitpicking aside...

" also announced that it was releasing audited financials for Zulu-Media, Inc (formerly SoftBank Interactive Marketing, Inc., or ''SIM'') for the twelve months ended December 31, 1997...."

Doesn't the above mean that the financials are actually for "SIM" when held by SoftBank and therefore, that is why it says Zulu-Media instead of Zulu-Tek? And might not the relevance be related to the law suit against "another" company - where the ex-SIMers are contending that Zulu screwed up their "Company?" And therefore it behooves them (somebody!) to show LESS revenue and profit during SIM's reign?
