Leland--I missed the one trade that I wanted to make -- to short the futures as it closed yesterday's gap. Re this afternoon--if the Starr report is released before the market closes with all of the media commentary about how "bad" it is, the market will sell-off even if it recovers somewhat towards the end. If it is released after the close, I suspect that we will have a nothing day--with may be a small down day towards the end. Somehow, I can't see that traders would want to go long over the weekend. But who knows!
