Info from Yahoo thread (not me) regarding the shareholders meeting: THEY SAID THAT YOU HAVE TO BE A SHAREHOLDER BEFORE JUNE 1998! THEY SAID THEY WANT TO VOTE ON THE PUREWATER- PANAMBANCORP MERGER AND VOTE ON A BOARD OF DIRECTORS. SOUND GOOD!!!!!!1 That's interesting. No wonder we haven't been told the details of the PanAm/PRWT reverse merger. If what was posted on Yahoo is true, then the reverse merger might not be official until the old shareholders approve it. hmmm...
