A reverse merger is NOT a reverse split. A reverse merger means that company A (PanAm) takes a controlling interest in company B (PRWT) and then assumes company B's idenity and public status. I guess the shareholder meeting is just a formality. When is the ribbon cutting? Are there actually going to be homes ready for the ribbon cutting?

Goldcoin, you misunderstood Rock_nj's comment. There is no RS at this time. A RS will probably not be considered until next year when the company has moved forwarded quite a bit with all the alliances and acquisitions, and IT expansion, etc.

The meeting is basically to vote on the merger.

When have you ever seen a company that does a reverse split take a shareholders vote on it? PRWT is not doing a reverse split. At least that is what I have been told.
