Ready for ACT2 of IDCN maneuvers?? I have read nearly every post on this board since Aug 12th. These are my conclusions and opinions. Number one -- SS's sincerity and wealth of information is terrific, best of wishes to her -- she has everyone's best interest at heart. How can I put this?? I have never been negative on a board before (sans - Raging Bulls Forum on IDCN today). Everyone, including MR Metals (who I thought a major pain in the ass - oops - sorry) has seemed to cool their jets. Mine are just warming up. I was one of the most outspoken, IDCN-happy, positive people out there, folks. Even after the "offer." THEN I started putting everything together. Here are my conclusions on the last 30 days ...... 1) The "buy-out" offer was a farce. A letter from CMI (not a legally binding contact) was very going to be accepted. IDCN knew this, didn't need time to think it over, etc. Suspect foul-play. Investors, who have obviously been subject this this type of con in the past, investors smarter than myself, stayed away from this "sure thing." Investor friends of mine, trading since the 60's said they have seen this many times before -- warned me -- I ignored them. Wanted my easy 4x-50x return to recover from my other stock disappointments of this year. 2) "Too good to sell" - oh please! At almost 4 times the stock price? Investors kept in the dark through the whole process. Fishy. One guy is so adept at giving the property a much higher evaluation, therefore we can't see selling ... with NO hard data. 3) The ghost customer for the Nov granite was bull, another hype. NO contract for delivery, etc., should never have been reported as legitimate in the first place. What is ACT 2 ?? This is IDCN's next play. When prelimary tests/essays are done later this month (not as late as Oct - surprise-they don't take that long) expect a NEGATIVE report, if not NEGATIVE enough in substance, it will be WORDED NEGATIVELY in order to significantly drop the stock price -- best guess - around the year low of .01, maybe even a reverse-split. Why?? Well, so IDCN can buy-back 10 million shares, silly!! Doesn't anyone wonder why IDCN didn't buyback at least some at .04? Why should they - knowing the price will soon be much lower than this "year low." I am not saying these things as a short seller (never have sold one stock short); as someone who just dumped my stock or any other hidden reason. Period. These are just my opinions. THE GOOD NEWS FOLLOWS........ for IDCN stockholders/potential buyers.... If you don't hold any IDCN stock: Place a limit order now for IDCN at .01 - .02 When ACT 2 happens, you're there and can benefit -- If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Don't buy a today's level (+/- 5) or you'll only be 50% better off than us suckers of "ACT 1". If you do own IDCN stock: Sell at any time the stock hits 6-7 early next week. Perceived potential/greed will still support a small climb. Whatever you do get out before the essay reports/results. Buy back in hard at .01 - .02. Dump at .05 or so when a "OOPS! I think we overlooked something - secondary report comes out to get the stock back up. I'm a listener, a reader. I have only posted a dozen messages, ever. This is one I believe in -- completely straight-forward and honest. Many replies to this expected. Who is this guy?? He doesn't have his facts straight. He's a short seller. He's getting paid. Blah, blah, blah. NO. I'm just one of you, we all want the same thing; a fair shot. Best luck to all ........ still money to be made by all of you.
