Stepper, I don't believe there is any benefit to a reverse split. Then on the other hand we have no say at this point. The only bright spot is that we're trading at 1 cent and not a dime. At 10 to 1 nobody would short a 10 cent stock, at $1 we've been there. I think 10:1 is wishful thinking, 20, 50, 100?? No faith in those at the helm. JOE

Stepper, the guys on the SI WACC??? thread seem "disgusted". I have not heard anything that would suggest that the project is dead and I don't feel any more ripped off than I have at any time during the past 9 months. Have a call in to Paul Walker at Dillenschneider Group,(WACC PR company)and will post anything they have to report. Meanwhile, it might be a good time to start trying to squeeze more info out of Boyar & Max. Maybe we should hire Ken Starr this time. JOE
