Hi, Peter:

Clinton is "sick", but Starr is even "sicker". His original mission was to investigate whitewater, travel gate, etc., but for four years and 40 millions, he has come up empty, because nothing of this sorts are in the report. His pretext to investigate Monica's case was that there was a "talking point" (to obstruct the justice), but there was no "talking point" from Clinton or his associates in the report.

A fair mind person would conclude that Starr's purpose was to embarass the President by releasing the graphic detail of a personnel sexual life. Clinton commited mistakes in his private life and compounded the mistakes by trying to cover them in a clumsy way. However, he commit no crime against the state, the people of USA, the system of the government, or violate anybody's right. I do not think he should be impeached.

Best regards, nimingdn
