Jim, I for one have been a victim of your accusations before, and know fully well how they feel. You at one time said I should be ashamed that I hyped LEAP, on TM's thread. I felt compelled to answer you, because you accused me of something I DONT do ever! I could care less if you are a lawyer..... it makes no difference, your opinion is the same as the rest of us here.......but your accusations take on another dimension and I feel that is why you end up in situations like you do. I felt compelled to defend myself that day, and I did. It turned out that "I" was right, not you...but still I took the hit for your blatant accusation of a stock that I owned, liked, and was telling other traders about because of volume.....It was unfair. As far as TM goes, he has his opinions too...and they should be respected as well as you think yours should. As far as Sergio goes, his character is one of the highest on SI....I feel that you really stepped out of line posting PM, after all private is private....We are not the judge of your private mail, nor do we wish to be involved in your disputes on any subjects that dont concern us. You exposing this to the thread was not right....It just shows me, what kind of character you have. Last week we had a discussion on the thread, between Jim and Sergio.....That was handled with integrity, and intelligence..We all were asked to voice our opinions on an issue....many of us did, it was brought to us, as an issue for discussion...What you have brought before us on the thread......should have been kept in private where it belonged. I hope that in the future your personal attacks and opinions will remain there! Sandra
