Zonkie, I have a copy of something called the "Stock Subscription Agreement for Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. A Utah Corporation" which in section 1e states: "If the shares represented by this certificate have been held for a period of at least one (1) year and if Rule 144 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Act"), is applicable (there being no representations by the Company that Rule 44 [sic] is applicable), then the undersigned may make sales of the shares under the terms and conditions prescribed by Rule 144 of the Act."

Now, here's the kicker...

The person who sent the 3 page document to me was first cold-called by WellRich and then decided to call AZNT for more information. Then AZNT offered to sell him the stock directly, at the same price and terms, and cut WellRich out of the picture! He accepted, he signed the proper paperwork, and was issued shares.

Proof positive that AZNT sold restricted shares directly to the public that were way under market price.
