Sounds interesting Jeff... and the fact that Bmart claims that the 144 stock cannot be sold due to personal agreements that forebade that sale for two years (I recall this discussion here), then why are folks lining up to sell shares as indicated by the proposed sale of 144 stock. And btw, for those who were asking, I don't believe their are any restrictions on the price that 144 stock can be sold for, since it is basically a private placement. However, if anyone participating on this thread has received discounted 144 stock, they may wish to exercise caution and disclose this fact publicly. Btw Jeff, were these Private Placements disclosed?? They should have been and should be in the 10Q/K's along with the terms of the placements. That could be a violation if they are not. Regards, Ron
