Paul, Re: although they "think" their K7 will buy them a ticket to the party "think" ? Or hype ? This K7 seems to be the best kept secret. They are saying it will be released in 1999 and until now, there is almost no information about it other than the usual leak in some 'Intel Not Inside' site that said K7 will be very powerful. Usually, in these new CPU designs, there will be some new discoveries that need to go for patent, do you happen to know if AMD has applied some which is related ? Gary
