Congratulations Sandra, when you have children you understand that it is heart breaking, absolutely heart breaking, to have a 5 year old say "May I watch Barney MiMi", and not be allowed to turn on the TV because you know they might be talking about a Sexual Encounter on one of the stations. I also know what my parents felt like during the depressions, cardboard for soles in they're shoes, as the economy faltered terribly. That we should have a falling economy and have one of the reason's due to an attorney that has a personal vendetta against someone is despicable. I'm so tired of hearing about "POOR MONICA", she the innocent that "Sent the dress to her Mother", and had stated previously she wanted the President... "No she didn't throw it in the washer with bleach, she didn't take it to the dry cleaners, SHE sent it to her mother." Just what part of the "SET UP" was she. DING DONG... IT WAS WRONG, HE DIDN"T WANT HIS FAMILY TO KNOW, HE SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE IT, HE HAS A DEFINATE PROBLEM WITH WOMAN, GET HELP and MOVE ON. I don't want to know about it. Is there any man along the way that hasn't done something or said something they wish they hadn't....... may he or she please stand up... The "witch-hunt" began with Whitewater (which, it is well documented, Clinton obstructed justice on), and veered onto Lewinsky because of a LEGITIMATE case - Paula Jones. Jones was thrown out because Clinton brought to bear his power on the judge who threw out most of Jones' evidence. As a result, it turns out Clinton LIED in a deposition given in that case. So...what does that tell us? Yes, everyone has skeletons in their closet. Yes, they all lie. BUT....they don't all lie UNDER OATH. And, they don't all have ongoing histories of affairs and sexual harassment. And, they aren't all habitual prevaricators (well...they are politicians). And....$40 million WASN'T spent on Lewinsky. That $$ encompasses ALL the things he has investigated. And those #'s are double-counted, too. It isn't really that much. It's still too much... Just because EVERYONE does it DOESN'T mean we ignore it when someone is caught RED-HANDED. Everyone cheats on their taxes....so why should we spend money to look into the ones who get caught?
