Words are tools and when not used correctly, as has been the case in Wexler's prior posts about Tava, they are libelous. Words are the only means I know of to communicate opinions and facts - and their meaning is conventionally understood by those who are literate in whatever language they speak.

Wexler's post to which I responded clearly expressed opinions predicated on his interpretation of the source of a report he read on Tava. Since he states that this paid source has been guilty of publishing false reports on another company his comments on the same source's report on Tava are appropriate and much different from his prior unsupported charges of fraud in connection with the promotion of Tava shares.

You think you heard Tava will release its year-end results in the morning? WHERE???

Or is this just a shooting-from-the-hip comment to make your post appear to have some substance, which, of course, it doesn't!

Insiders sell after bad news is released? Who are you kidding? You apparently think investors are as dumb as you are and that they bid up the price on news they don't know. This is, of course, because the brokers they deal through are equally stupid (or crooked) and suggest buying right after a pre-opening announcement of poor earnings before such negative news has reached their client even though their trading screens have already placed them on notice.

Not you or anybody else knows if I am currently long or short (or out of) Tava. You can guess all you want.

Finally, I try to present a balanced discussion when talking about whether a particular stock is a good long or short. The posting to which you responded cites credible sources, published by Dow Jones, which I feel contain information that should be considered. If you noted in my response to Wexler, accompanying the article was a comment as to the absence of support by Hanifen Imhoff's trading desk of its firm's own research department's recommendation. Do you think this was a biased post?

mchip, sir, your profile says "10" as your experience. Your posting leads me to believe it is 10-seconds.

As for stopping my postings when I believe they present a contrarian view that is needed to oppose defamatory comments or which presents views that are worthy of consideration - dream on!
