Words are tools and when not used correctly, as has been the case in Wexler's prior posts about Tava, they are libelous.

Tell me this. How many posts has Mr. Wexler made about Tava? How long has he been posting about Tava? Can you tell me honestly that you have read every single post Mr. Wexler has made about Tava Technologies, Inc.?

Mr. Wexler has made dozens, if not hundreds, of postings like the one you damned with faint praise yesterday. At one time he was posting them with such regularity on the Tava board that the people there started to complain to the Webmistress that he was too repetetive.

This is what I meant that Mr. Wexler is under no obligation to produce his evidence every single time someone asks to see it. It would bore us and it would eventually even bore you.

If you had spent any amount of time on this board, or had bothered to go back into the archives to see what he was saying about Tava months ago, you would have understood what he means when he refers to "the Tava fraud". Failing that, you might have asked politely. (Here, by "politely" I mean "without making reference to libel lawsuits".) But you chose instead to attack him for not having his 'i's dotted and 't's crossed (to use an outdated metaphor) in every single post, and this is what it got you.

If Mr. Wexler's advice does not comprise a compelling argument to you, then don't follow it. If Mr. Wexler is really saying things that will get him in trouble, that, too, will take care of itself in due course. Neither of these requires your intervention.

So, unless you have an investment one way or the other in Tava, none of this is any of your concern. Mr. Wexler is a grown-up and does not need you looking out for him. So please stop.

AHM,
<< Words are tools>>.
I think this has been resolved.

<< You think you heard Tava will release its year-end results in the morning? WHERE???
Or is this just a shooting-from-the-hip comment to make your post appear to have some substance, which, of course, it doesn't! >>
I heard it here.

TAVA's Earnings SEPT 23rd<<
I just got off the phone with Scott L at TAVA IR. He confirmed to me that the earnings will be reported on WED SEPT 23rd before the open. Earnings of .04 cents is what is expected to be reported in line with Analysts estimates on TAVA. .04 vs. .01 last Q would be a 400% increase. Any speculation of higher numbers seem unfounded and unrealistic. They are an obvious effort by some to set up for disappointment based on their own unrealistic an unprofessional estimates. The CC is expected to to follow at approximately 8:00am Pacific Time.

I don't know if Nanchate was `shooting-from-the-hip', like I said, I heard it someplace.
I still feel there is no reason for a company to report before the open. I feel that companies that report this way are trying to hide the real information in the short term.

As for the rest of your post, 1. I don't care what your position in Tava is, was or might be. You said you made money, so did I. Congrats. 2. I'm glad you present balanced viewpoints, in the future do your homework and make sure they are as balanced as you think. 3. Think what you want of me, I've already wasted more time typing than I wanted.
