Care to cite a source--you know, a press release, statement from the SEC, something like that--for this interesting news that you appear to have stumbled upon at 5:49 in the morning ET? And, uh, don't you think it's likely that bgtit would know about it anyway if it'd happened before he went to bed? After all, he works in this business, and you don't. Funny, though, the little inconsistencies here. We have a reference to the "Canadian Depository", for example. I believe the correct term is "Western Canadian Depository". I have, in fact, been told that 1.2 million shares of AZNT stock are held there. I don't see this as any particular reason to shut 'em down. "Will be banned"? By whom? Permit me to suggest to you that if your posts turn out to be inaccurate or untruthful, and if you are indeed working for AZNT, you and they both could find yourselves in a hell of a lotta trouble. Bear in mind what happened to MTEI as a result of material misrepresentation in press releases and statements made by company officials.

Mr. Icabod, I believe you hit the nail on the head with this post. What AZNT has done by going to such extents to cleanse the AZNT market of invalid & illegal shares, will have such astounding ramifications on those that illegally short BB stocks to make a living. There are fellows who have sold their companies, left their day-jobs, to short these stocks and/or to use services like S.I. to manipulate the stocks they've shorted undeclared. When one sees a cadillac or new jeep in the drive way of these individuals, one must consider the hours spent at the computer with the sole purpose of terminally shorting a BB traded company. Their is blood on their hands. Now AZNT , with the assistance of the SEC, NASD and Federal Judiciary, have made monumentous progress in ending the abusive practice of undeclared , naked, excessive amd manipulative, shorting on the OTC BB. Those that make a living attempting to terminally short stocks are feeling the vice-grip of the law. The comedy of their stance is obvious, the SEC, NASD, AZNT and the Federal Judiciary have all conspired against those that have sold 4.4MM+ invalid and illegal shares into the AZNT float ! Ha! Back to your day -jobs people! RB

I really don't get your point. AZNT does business with people who, it later alleges, broke securities law. It then goes to court and says: "Hey, Mister Judge we did business with a bunch of bad dudes and we got screwed. We need your help." Fair enough. Let see what happens next. (I personally rather not deal with these type of guys in the first place, but AZNT did.) What I have a serious problem with are all your silly accusations that brokerage firms and depository services and people conspired to defrauded AZNT. This is absolutely irresponsible on your part. Why don't you stick to the facts and stop twisting the facts? You should be careful about attacking the reputation of people and companies who got caught up in this mess and probably have not done anything wrong. You did not have much credibility before today and I don't have to tell you what I now think of you. There are two clear issues here: 1) Did the people the company do business with break securities legislation? That is only for the courts to decide. 2) Why are you saying they did even before a judgement is rendered on the matter and all appeals have been exhausted and then use that personally opinion (as if it was a fact) to hype the stock in a manner that is hugely promotional (for lack of a better word).

Icabod, At 5:49 in the morning you called me......Ummmmm ahhh, well, I wasn't here and well, If you would finally come out and tell me who the hell you are I'd be more than happy to tell you the same thing I have told Mike Sylver about AZNT and your post..............its to graphic for the likes of some of the children that run and play on this thread....... RON REECE, I am getting a little tired of your continuos post calling me a PROMOTER, pal, with all your head aches you need to post BLAME else where for awhile. What was disclosed by me was the fact that MY COMPANY has an agreement with AZNT, and the market is the farthest thing from it. If I wish to take the stance on SI defending AZNT, that is my choice Not yours to dictate to everyone else BUT me. If I had a consulting agreement with AZNT, Mr Reece, then I would be more than happy to allow you to short this stock or what ever it is that you do or don't do.... Cav, LOLOLMAO, If I only had a brain......... You da short busta you da man......lolol. Been along trip, I guess I am just tired....

Dean, when you called Icabod, who did you actually call? Dear bgtit: I called you but you were not in your office. I think that you may read this before Monday when you receive my voice mail. Did you here the news from BAY Street in Toronto? If not I will tell you. UNION, PACIFIC, MERIT, CANACORD, THE CANADIAN DEPOSITORY plus others will be banned from dealing with or trading in stocks from any American stock market. Can you imagine only trading in stocks from Canada? I can not.
