Vitas it makes very little sense. They are valuating a business and selling it. Does not any business seller interested to sell at the highest price???

They may take a 5% discount and then running the shares up 10% but it seems to me that the opposite is correct.

World economies are slowing and so will GS income stream.

As an example they were suposed to privetize Rom Telecom at a $2 billion capitalization. As of today no serious buyers and a potential lawsuit. Second example GS lost on the Turkish Telecom to ABN and Merrill on teh amount of fees paid - e.g. more and stiffer competition on deals that can be done which will result in lower income stream
