Bill Clinton = idealistic
I don't think so.
The man takes a poll and sets sail for the biggest numbers.
When poll numbers don't support him his convictions disappear
as fast as his honor. (Remember national health care??)
Its no wonder he's so popular, he panders to the majority no matter
what the cause.
He abandoned his left wing liberal pals in a heartbeat when the Republicans cleaned his clock in the 94 midterm elections.
He'll abandon his soccer mom's and federalized day care just as quick if the polls say its the thing to do.
You can call Bill Clinton a lot of things, but idealistic is not one of them.
